Three Seas Cornwall is dedicated to tackling the housing crisis by creating locally owned rental homes through the Community Land Trust (CLT) model. We specialise in purchasing and refurbishing neglected homes, bringing them back into use for local communities. We are currently working with Cornwall Council to release unused council-owned properties as well as working with private landowners.

Your donation will help us restore homes, provide affordable housing to local residents, and breathe new life into neglected areas. Every contribution—big or small—brings us closer to achieving our goal of securing sustainable, community-owned housing for generations to come.
